As our products are made to order, we do not have a shopping cart on our website. To place an order, please click on the "inquire" button and send us an email. Allowing us up to five business days to respond to your inquiry, we will eventually confirm lead-times, and provided a detailed invoice.
All prices are indicated in Canadian dollars and include taxes. Prices may be modified by Melrose Featherweights at any moment, but the prices applied are those shown on the site at the time of ordering. Prices do not include shipping fees.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
The materials we use for our products are carefully sourced from the best suppliers, and are often found materials. Our products are made by hand, which means they may show slight imperfections / variations. Any unique characteristics are inherent to the creation process and should not be considered as defects or non-conformity of the product. By submitting your order, you acknowldege and agree to this simple fact.
We do not accept returns. All items are exchangeable for store credit only. We are happy to accommodate exchanges within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Items must be undamaged, with labels and packaging still intact. We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for Melrose Featherweights items purchased from other retailers, including secondhand items. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
To cancel your order and receive a full refund, you must reach out within 24 hours. After the 24 hour period, and up to the point that the product ships, we can cancel your order and issue a store credit minus a 15% admin fee.
We do not accept rush orders. You do not need anything of ours that badly.
We do not currently have a physical location, though we are in negotiation with certain Ottawa retailers to have our products sold at their locations.
We will give you the option to pick up your order once in discussion.
